I bought a 30-day supply of Best Gut Forever for my 24-year old daughter with gut issues. I liked how clean and transparent the ingredient list is. Before I was able to see her to give it to her, I thought I'd try it myself. I didn't mind the taste and, one week in, I've come to actually like it. Right away by belly seemed to deflate which was a minor miracle because it's always been a bit puffy. Over the week I've become more regular and just feel better, overall. And I do think it's made me feel less hungry throughout the day. I'm all in. So happy I found this! PS: My daughter still hasn't tried it. I'll send her her own supply.
My experience with Best Gut Forever powder so far has been great. I’ve had some questions along the way and customer service has been top notch with prompt responses. At first the flavor was a little strong for me, but mixing it with apple juice helped and now I mix it directly in water and am used to it. I’d much rather have a product with clean ingredients without “flavoring” than a flavored supplement because those usually taste artificial to me. My gut issues are a little more complex and not as quick of a fix as others, but I do believe BGF powder is contributing to my overall gut health and wellness and I plan to keep it as part of my gut health regime for months to come :)
I have tried both a half-scoop and a full scoop daily this week, and tested it both with and without food. It has not given me any difference in regularity, and instead has caused gas and bloating. The taste is tolerable, but the powder never fully dissolves in water, no matter how much I mix it, and that makes it hard to drink.

Best Gut Forever is not a laxative designed to produce an immediate bowel movement. It’s a fiber- and polyphenol-based formula designed to support your gut microbiome, and that process can take time. I also personally provided specific mixing instructions; when prepared as directed, the powder dissolves properly. I was happy to honor your refund and appreciate you giving it a try.
This is not like other gut products. I read the 1 star review and saw that the taste was skeptical but when i actually tried it myself it was way better. Don't think of this as another fruity or sweet gut drink on the market. The components of this compound are so pure and true that it will do what it has meant to. Pleasant, all the hints of spices and feel good tummy. I actually love how mild the flavor is because you can pretty much add it to anything, and that's where I was experimenting. i added it to different drinks, not just water! Excellent! I even cooked with it for kids ... so good. and pack all the goodies in. Impressed!
